Train at Home

There is a strong trend in the fitness industry today toward training at home.  Time is the most difficult obstacle to fitness for most people, and it seems we have less and less of it, despite all the modern conveniences we have at our disposal.  By reducing travel time, and bypassing year upon year of costly gym fees, many people are discovering the advantages of setting up a fitness facility at home.  Where they used to build additions to their homes for a television room, some are now adding a home gym.

Golf fitness training adapts especially well to home training.  I don't rely on heavy weightlifting machines or complicated cable gyms.  Most of the training we will do uses small weights and resistance bands, medicine balls and a floor mat.  You don't need much else!
